“The community is great not sure about the surrounding areas. Doesn't always feel safe. One thing that I do see a lot of is trash in the garage and sometimes in the hallway.”

“I am indifferent on recommending it. The complex and staff have been great, but it's the tenants that have me indifferent. For example, the parking garage has one entrance and one exit. Tenants speed out the entrance and if you are coming into the parking garage, you have to be careful for people coming out of the garage the wrong way. Tenants speed through the parking garage and parking lot and come very close to hitting you whether you are walking or in your vehicle. Additionally, tenants don't pick up dog poop after their dogs, tenants smoke on the property and smoke marijuana as the odors linger in the hallways despite the property being a smoke free property.”
