“From my first tour to signing my lease Rodriquez has been exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the process. I was only looking at 1 unit and he went out his way to show me two additional units to give me more options, he responds in a timely manor to calls and emails. Rodriquez made sure the move in process was smooth and went over every detail with the breakdown of costs. The property is small and quiet (mostly) it has its moment around holidays, I moved in back in September of 2023 it’s it’s been nice so far I’d recommend this place to friends and family”

“They solve all of my problems, swiftly, and are really nice people. If I wanted to choose between living outside the heart of the city but not too far with dashing affordability, this place would be ideal. Unfortunately, my business has to keep me local within midtown, so I couldn’t stay long. However, the units are spacious, and more renovated than others. I really loved my closet and kitchen.”
